AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(210 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5501)
Sec. 1. Short title.) This Act shall be known and and may
be cited as the "Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems
Act".
