AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
Fund to the Department of Public Health for local health
protection grants for health protection programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect
Effective July 1, 2025.
