1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. This Act may be referred to as the Clean Slate
5Act.
6 Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
7changing Section 5-4.5-5 as follows:
8 (730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-5)
9 Sec. 5-4.5-5. STANDARD SENTENCING. Except as specifically
10provided elsewhere, this this Article governs sentencing for
11offenses.
