Bill Title: Amends the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act. Provides that notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Act shall only apply to a person or entity that is in the business of selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring firearms in Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, McHenry County, or Will County.

AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Firearm Dealer License Certification Act is
amended by adding Section 5-3 as follows:
(430 ILCS 68/5-3 new)
