AN ACT concerning urban problems.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(315 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 251)
Sec. 1. Title of Act. This Act may be cited as the the
Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law.
