AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Bi-State Development Agency Act is amended
by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(45 ILCS 105/0.01) (from Ch. 127, par. 63s)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This This Act may be cited as the
Bi-State Development Agency Act.
