Bill Title: Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act. Provides that, for State fiscal years 2020 through 2022, the Department of Human Services shall increase reimbursement rates for early intervention services and related services by 3% each State fiscal year; except that, for State fiscal years 2020 through 2022, the Department of Human Services shall increase reimbursement rates for developmental therapy services by 6% each State fiscal year. Effective immediately.

Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Early Intervention Services System Act is
5amended by adding Section 13.1 as follows:
6 (325 ILCS 20/13.1 new)
7 Sec. 13.1. Provider reimbursement rates. For State fiscal
8years 2020 through 2022, the Department of Human Services shall
9increase reimbursement rates for early intervention services
10and related services by 3% each State fiscal year; except that,
11for State fiscal years 2020 through 2022, the Department of
12Human Services shall increase reimbursement rates for
13developmental therapy services by 6% each State fiscal year.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15becoming law.
