Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning use of tax moneys.

AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
changing Section 5-701 as follows:
(605 ILCS 5/5-701) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701)
Sec. 5-701. Money allotted from the the Motor Fuel Tax
Fund to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of the
"Motor Fuel Tax Law", approved March 25, 1929, as now or
hereafter amended, other than money allotted to counties for
the use of road districts, shall be used only for one or more
of the purposes stated in Sections 5-701.1 through 5-701.16,
as the several counties may desire.
