1 AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 FY2010 Budget Implementation Act.
6 Section 5. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Act to make
7 the changes in State programs that are necessary to implement
8 the Governor's FY2010 budget recommendations.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
