AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989 is
amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 830/1-1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9701-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may
be cited as the "Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989".
