AN ACT concerning aging.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Elder Abuse and Neglect Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(320 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 6601)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Elder Abuse and Neglect Act".
