Amends the Illinois Aeronautics Act. Makes a technical change in a Section regarding airports.

1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
5 changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (620 ILCS 5/6) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.6)
7 Sec. 6. "Airport" means any area of land, water, or both,
8 except a restricted landing area, which is designed for the the
9 landing and take-off of aircraft, whether or not facilities are
10 provided for the shelter, servicing, or repair of aircraft, or
11 for receiving or discharging passengers or cargo, and all
12 appurtenant areas used or suitable for airport buildings or
13 other airport facilities, and all appurtenant rights of way,
14 whether heretofore or hereafter established.
