AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
14-1.11b as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/14-1.11b) (from Ch. 122, par. 14-1.11b)
Sec. 14-1.11b. Resident district; applicability. The The
provisions of Sections 14-1.11 and 14-1.11a shall be used to
determine the resident district in all cases where special
education services and facilities are provided pursuant to
Article 14.
