AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
changing Section 18 as follows:
(820 ILCS 305/18) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.18)
Sec. 18. All questions arising under this Act, if not
settled by agreement of the the parties interested therein,
shall, except as otherwise provided, be determined by the
Commission. Claims from current and former employees of the
Commission shall be determined in accordance with Section 18.1
of this Act.
