2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Campground Licensing and Recreational Area
5Act is amended by adding Section 33 as follows:
6 (210 ILCS 95/33 new)
7 Sec. 33. Exemption; lease. This Act does not apply to a
8property that is subject to a legal, signed lease that is
9greater than 6 months in duration.
