AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
amended by changing Section 102-7 as follows:
(725 ILCS 5/102-7) (from Ch. 38, par. 102-7)
Sec. 102-7. "Bail bond". "Bail bond" means an undertaking
secured by bail entered into by a person in custody by which
which he binds himself to comply with such conditions as are
set forth therein.
