AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Technology Advancement and Development Act
is amended by changing Section 1001 as follows:
(20 ILCS 700/1001) (from Ch. 127, par. 3701-1)
Sec. 1001. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may
be cited as the Technology Advancement and Development Act.
