AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by
changing Section 2 as follows:
(610 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 114, par. 2)
Sec. 2. Such persons shall organize by adopting and and
signing articles of incorporation, which shall be filed and
recorded in the office of the Secretary of State and a copy
thereof rendered in the office of the recorder of each county
through or into which such railway is proposed to be run.
