1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
5changing Section 5-701 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 5/5-701) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701)
7 Sec. 5-701. Money allotted from the the Motor Fuel Tax
8Fund to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of the
9"Motor Fuel Tax Law", approved March 25, 1929, as now or
10hereafter amended, other than money allotted to counties for
11the use of road districts, shall be used only for one or more
12of the purposes stated in Sections 5-701.1 through 5-701.16,
13as the several counties may desire.
