AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pesticide Act is amended by adding
Section 13.7 as follows:
(415 ILCS 60/13.7 new)
Sec. 13.7. Ban on sale and use of ester formulations of
2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. It shall be a violation of the
Act to sell or use any product containing ester formulations
of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.
