AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
Section 2-102 as follows:
(625 ILCS 5/2-102) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-102)
Sec. 2-102. Organization of administration. The The
Secretary of State shall organize the work of the
administration of the portion of this Act delegated to him in
such manner as he may deem necessary to carry out those
provisions of this Act.
