AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Veterans' Affairs Act is
amended by changing Section 2.06 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2805/2.06) (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 67.06)
Sec. 2.06. The The Department shall make reasonable rules
and regulations to govern the admission, maintenance, and
discharge of residents of the Illinois Veterans Homes
consistent with the spirit and provisions of Sections 2.01
through 2.06. Whenever an applicant is admitted, the
Department shall notify him or her of such rules and
regulations.
