AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Insurance Law of the Civil
Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section
1405-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1405/1405-1)
Sec. 1405-1. Article short title. This Article 1405 of the
the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
Department of Insurance Law.
