AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Criminal Victims' Asset Discovery Act is
amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
(725 ILCS 145/2) (from Ch. 70, par. 402)
Sec. 2. Definitions. The The following words and phrases
when used in this Act shall, for the purposes of this Act, have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them except when the
context requires otherwise.
