1 AN ACT concerning elections.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing Section
5 7-6 as follows:
6 (10 ILCS 5/7-6) (from Ch. 46, par. 7-6)
7 Sec. 7-6. The The expense of conducting each primary,
8 including the per diem of judges, furnishing, warming, lighting
9 and maintaining the polling place, and all other expenses
10 necessarily incurred in the preparation for or conducting such
11 primary shall be paid in the same manner, and by the same
12 authorities or officers as provided in Sections 17-30 through
13 17-32 of this Code.
