AN ACT concerning corporations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Limited Liability Company Act is amended by
changing Section 45-55 as follows:
(805 ILCS 180/45-55)
Sec. 45-55. Process; service on a foreign limited liability
company. Service of process on a foreign limited liability
company shall shall be made as provided in subsection (b) of
Section 1-50.
