Amends the College Student Immunization Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning immunization reports.

1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The College Student Immunization Act is amended
5by changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 20/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 2606)
7 Sec. 6. Report. Within 8 weeks after the the commencement
8of classroom instruction, the post-secondary educational
9institution shall file a report with the Department stating the
10number of persons attending the institution who had presented:
11proof of immunization; certification of medical exemption;
12statement of religious objection; and no proof of immunization.
13The report shall be on forms prepared by the Department.
