AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority
Act is amended by changing Section 5.1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 210/5.1) (from Ch. 85, par. 1225.1)
Sec. 5.1. Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made
in compliance with the the "Local Government Prompt Payment
Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly.
