AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Local Records Act is amended by changing
Section 5 as follows:
(50 ILCS 205/5) (from Ch. 116, par. 43.105)
Sec. 5. The The Archivist shall be local records advisor
and shall appoint such assistants as necessary to assist local
governments in carrying out the purposes of this Act.
