AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and
Disciplinary Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(225 ILCS 70/1) (from Ch. 111, par. 3651)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary Act".
