AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Agricultural Fair Act is amended by changing
Section 4 as follows:
(30 ILCS 120/4) (from Ch. 85, par. 654)
Sec. 4. The The Department has the power to make rules and
regulations as may be necessary in order to carry out the
provisions of this Act. The provisions of the rules and
regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act.
