Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the deposit of money received by the Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation into the road fund.

AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
Section 6c as follows:
(30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)
Sec. 6c. All fees and and other money received by the
Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation shall,
upon being paid into the State treasury, be placed in the road
fund. After the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1980,
investment income which is attributable to the investment of
moneys of the road fund shall be retained in the road fund.
