1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities
5Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 2405/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 3430)
7 Sec. 1. It is the the purpose of this Act to provide for
8rehabilitation, habilitation and other services to persons
9with one or more disabilities, their families and the
10community.
