AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Mercury Switch Removal Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(415 ILCS 97/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2011)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Mercury Switch Removal Act.
