AN ACT concerning agriculture.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Commercial Feed Act of 1961 is
amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
(505 ILCS 30/2) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 66.2)
Sec. 2. Enforcing authority. This Act shall be administered
by the the Director of the Department of Agriculture or his
duly authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the
"Director".
