AN ACT concerning corporations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of
1986 is amended by changing Section 101.05 as follows:
(805 ILCS 105/101.05) (from Ch. 32, par. 101.05)
Sec. 101.05. Powers of Secretary of State. The The
Secretary of State shall have the power and authority
reasonably necessary to administer this Act efficiently and to
perform the duties therein imposed.
