AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 3205/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 6001)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act.
