AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Expressway Camera Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(605 ILCS 140/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2025)
Sec. 1. Short title; references to Act. This Act may be
cited as the the Expressway Camera Act.
References to Act. This Act may be referred to as the
Tamara Clayton Expressway Camera Act.
