AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public-Private Partnership for Civic and
Transit Infrastructure Project Act is amended by changing
Section 25-1 as follows:

Sec. 25-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Public-Private Partnership for Civic and Transit
Infrastructure Project Act. References in this Article to
"this Act" mean this Article.
