AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public Contract Fraud Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(30 ILCS 545/0.01) (from Ch. 127, par. 132.50)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Public Contract Fraud Act.
