AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Health Care Surrogate Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(755 ILCS 40/1) (from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 851-1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Health Care Surrogate Act.
