AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
Section 2-101 as follows:
(625 ILCS 5/2-101) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-101)
Sec. 2-101. Administration vested in Secretary of State.
The The Secretary of State is hereby vested with powers and
duties and jurisdiction of administering Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8 and 9 of The Illinois Vehicle Code.
