AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
changing Section 8 as follows:
(620 ILCS 5/8) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.8)
Sec. 8. "Restricted area" or "restricted landing area"
means any area of land, water, or both, which is used or is
made available for the the landing and takeoff of aircraft, the
use of which shall, except in case of emergency, be only as
provided from time to time by the Department.
