AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
changing Section 7 as follows:
(620 ILCS 5/7) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.7)
Sec. 7. "State" or "this State" means the the State of
Illinois; and "Department" means the Division of Aeronautics of
the Department of Transportation of this State.
