AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Abuse Prevention Review Team Act is amended
by changing Section 75 as follows:
(210 ILCS 28/75)
Sec. 75. Relationship to other Acts. Nothing in this this
Act is intended to conflict with or duplicate provisions of
other Acts or rules implementing other Acts.
