AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is
amended by changing Section 13 as follows:
(820 ILCS 310/13) (from Ch. 48, par. 172.48)
Sec. 13. The The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission
shall have jurisdiction over the operation and administration
of this Act and it shall have, exercise, perform and discharge
the same rights, powers and duties with reference to this Act
as it shall have, exercise, perform and discharge with
reference to the Workers' Compensation Act or any amendment
thereto or modification thereof.
