AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
Disabilities Confidentiality Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(740 ILCS 110/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 801)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality
Act".
