AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Tax Lien Registration Act is amended
by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(35 ILCS 750/1-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
State Tax Lien Registration Act. References in this Article to
"this Act" mean this Article.
