AN ACT concerning alternative dispute resolution.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Health Care Arbitration Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(710 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 10, par. 201)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the "Health Care Arbitration Act".
