AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Mercury-added Product Prohibition Act is
amended by changing Section 20 as follows:
(410 ILCS 46/20)
Sec. 20. Manufacturing of mercury fever thermometers
prohibited. On or after July 1, 2004, no person shall
manufacture a mercury fever thermometer in this this State.
